4 STEPS STANDARD SERVICE PROCEDURE
To Get More Information

  • STEP 1. Get a Quote

    Send your designs, or information about your desired product (size, colour, materials and quantity) our clothing label expert account manager will get back to you with a custom price within 1 business day.

  • STEP 2. Approve Digital Proof

    As soon as you order, a digital proof of the custom label or tag is provided for your approval. Careful and thorough review of the digital proof is a MUST before signing off for sampling & production.

  • STEP 3. Sampling & Production

    FREE physical sample strip for woven labels with production order is provided within 7 business days. Production takes about one weeks or about 5 business days for expedite service.

  • STEP 4. Shipping to your door

    We ship your custom made labels out per your shipping instructions. It’s that simple! Your order will then be shipped by UPS, DHL or FedEx, with delivery taking 2 to 3 business days.

  • Secure Payments

    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and checks.

  • Delivery

    We deliver with trusted services, including FedEx, UPS, DHL and TNT.

    All typical orders will be shipped to your door by UPS, DHL, FedEx or TNT, using either your shipping account or ours.

    Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Production time for bulk orders is based on the quantity ordered

    Shipping to the United States: We ship our packages using DHL or UPS. For orders shipped with UPS, we will choose UPS EXPRESS SAVER. For DHL, we choose DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE.

    Shipping to all other countries: DHL, TNT, FedEx, etc.
